FluencyCare Client — Medical Practice
Medical Front Desk Receptionist
A medical practice in Boca Raton, Florida is hiring for its front desk through FluencyCare. This is the seat that keeps the office running: you're the first person patients meet at check-in and the voice that answers the phones, and the rest of the day is front-office fundamentals done well — booking, confirming, and reworking the schedule; registering patients and verifying insurance and demographics, with the right documents scanned into the chart; obtaining referrals and prior authorizations for visits and procedures, and making sure the codes billed line up with what was authorized; and collecting copays and outstanding balances (receipts included) so accounts are clean before the next appointment. You'll let providers know as patients arrive — including the late ones — help with insurance forms and tablet signatures at check-in, keep patient records in order and the front office stocked and presentable, and work in the practice-management system and patient portal all day. Other duties as the practice needs them. The employer's name is shared with candidates during the interview process.
